Streak freezes

A streak freeze covers one missed day automatically — miss a day while holding one and your streak carries on as if you'd studied, spending the freeze. Miss two days with two freezes in reserve and both get spent; a longer gap than your freezes can cover resets the streak (but you keep any unspent freezes).

You earn freezes by the same consistency they protect: one is granted free each time your streak reaches a multiple of 7 days, and you can hold at most 2 at a time. Your current reserve is shown alongside your streak on the dashboard.

There's nothing to activate — freezes apply themselves the moment they're needed.
