How question difficulty adapts to you

Practice Quiz and the Mastery Challenge both adjust their mix of Easy/Medium/Hard questions to your recent performance instead of using one fixed difficulty for everyone. A new student starts on an easier, beginner-friendly mix; once you've built up enough practice history, it shifts based on your accuracy over your last 30 answers — consistently high accuracy skews the mix harder, frequent misses skew it back easier.

Skills Exam questions aren't difficulty-adjusted at all — they draw from the chapter's case-based question pool with no targeting.

Section and Final exams don't adapt to you personally either — every student gets the same fixed 40% Easy / 40% Medium / 20% Hard split, since these are meant to be a comprehensive checkpoint across everything you've covered, not a workout tuned to your current level.
